How do I upload files with my Garmin GPS watch?
I have a Garmin Forerunner 405, and my coach wants me to send him the workout from a day ago to him via email. I know that I need to make it a file so I can attach it to an email, but I cannot figure out how to make a file with a specific workout.
I have downloaded the Garmin Training Center, but cannot figure out how to actually get a file to send him.
I need to know how to send him a file of one day's workout via email.

Do you still have the instructions, from when you purchased it. If not go to Garmin and go to their help section. You will find all of the instructions on line. You can follow them step by step, while you actually perform the download. tagger
