Casio GPS Watch
Casio has always found itself at the forefront of new developments in digital watch technology. A dominant market leader, Casio is one brand that has probably made at least one item you have owned or bought over the years. Their reputation goes before them and, given their many years of market dominance, anyone buying a Casio knows that, as much as anything else, they are buying quality and reputation. So it is no surprise that Casio have been among the first to get on with making GPS wrist watches
The latest Casio GPS watch, the GPR-100, is aimed at fans of distance running, as it logs the distance of every journey, your starting point and end point, and other statistics such as your average speed. At the time of release, it was also the world’s smallest GPS wrist watch, something that will be very important to anyone who used to be concerned that their cell phone was too big. As is the usual state of things wit Casio, the GPR-100 is a marriage of quality and convenience.

Currently retailing at around the $460 mark, the GPR-100 is a little more expensive than the average Sat Nav package for an automobile or GPS enabled cell phone. What you are getting for the extra spend is high portability, performance and an innovative time piece that will come in useful in a range of ways that you might not even have considered before now. If GPS wrist watches are the future, then this Casio GPS watch is one of the prototype time machines.
